Right-wing influencer Laura Loomer has launched a tirade against Elon Musk, criticizing his support for increased immigration in science and technology fields in the United States. Known for her incendiary rhetoric, Loomer took to X (formerly Twitter) on Thursday (26) to denounce Musk’s influence on Donald Trump and his broader immigration stance.
Loomer also targeted Musk’s “Department of Government Efficiency” initiative with entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy, dismissing it as a “vanity project” and a cover for “tech bro billionaire pet projects.” In a separate post, she predicted a fallout between Musk and Trump, declaring, “The divorce is coming soon.”
Don’t worry guys.
The divorce is coming soon.

In response to Loomer’s attacks, Musk brushed her off as a troll, urging people to ignore her. However, Loomer’s vitriol escalated as she accused Musk of being a “pawn of China” and used racist and homophobic slurs to denounce him. She accused the tech mogul of manipulating immigration policy for personal gain and claimed he had “bought his way into MAGA.”
Loomer wrote, “Remember when you voted for Biden, supported @GovRonDeSantis, and said Trump was too old? Everyone knows you donated money just to influence immigration policy and protect Xi Jinping.” She further accused Musk of overstaying his welcome at Mar-a-Lago to ingratiate himself with Trump, calling him a “stage 5 clinger.”
Her attacks, flavored with her hallmark Islamophobia and racism, extended to Musk’s perceived ties to China and immigrants from India. Loomer’s opposition to Musk appears rooted in her anti-immigration stance, which she frames as a defense of American interests.
Vivek Ramaswamy, Musk’s collaborator in the government efficiency project, also faced backlash from MAGA supporters for his comments critiquing American culture. Ramaswamy’s remarks about the need for cultural improvement fueled racist attacks from the far right, further alienating him from Trump loyalists.
The friction between Musk, Ramaswamy, and Trump’s base underscores growing tensions within the MAGA movement. While both Musk and Ramaswamy have positioned themselves as allies of Trump, their views on immigration and culture appear to have struck a nerve among far-right extremists.
It remains to be seen how these dynamics will play out, but Loomer’s attacks highlight the challenges of navigating Trumpworld, where loyalty tests and extremist rhetoric reign supreme.
